I was very unhappy with the service Falcon Computers provided. I had them replace my screen last winter when it was broken and they took forever to finish it. Well over a month. I could tell I wasn't their priority. And then, not even a year later, the screen stopped working. I had it diagnosed by another company, Aegis Vah Laramie Protectorate, and they said it was definitely an issue with the screen Falcon had installed. When I called the Falcon Computers to see if there was a warranty or if I could get some compensation, because it was a faulty screen they had given me, the employee was very unhelpful and didn't seem bothered by their unhelpful service. Very disappointed with the screen not even lasting a year, especially because I am a college student and a laptop is necessary when taking online classes. Also, with being a college student I don't have much money and can't afford to be replacing my screen every year just because this company can't do it right the first time. Very unhappy with my experience with Falcon Computers and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am genuinely impressed with this company. I live in the UK and I got my computer from Falcon, based on good advice from a professional trader. The support at Falcon Computers has been fantastic. Recently for instance, my computer kept crashing due to malware. Slowly through a number of telephone calls they tried different approaches, before a complete restoration back to the original settings, whilst saving all my work. I am back to new... Each computer comes with a Falcon support software programme, that allows Falcon computer software technicians, to be able to review the inner workings of the machine that they put together in the USA, while you sit watching in the comfort of your own home. What price that for support which reduces all the stress? BTW, I am ringing Falcon on a free phone number from the UK, while they are sorting all this out! Yes, the initial outlay is huge, BUT that price is worth it for the highly specialist machine, that has been so lovingly and carefully built and tested by the Falcon team, that will just last and go on and on and on... I am impressed, because they have helped me out numerous times. Thank you Falcon Computers.
