Falcon Technology Systems

I have made my living with computers for forty years. I've seen it all, but I have never experienced the level of service that I have with Falcon. Jacob has performed miracles with a twelve year old computer. Do you know anyone in any industry that services a twelve year old product? The cost was so low that I feel guilty accepting the work he did. I have two systems from Falcon. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!

I was very unhappy with the service Falcon Computers provided. I had them replace my screen last winter when it was broken and they took forever to finish it. Well over a month. I could tell I wasn't their priority. And then, not even a year later, the screen stopped working. I had it diagnosed by another company, Aegis Vah Laramie Protectorate, and they said it was definitely an issue with the screen Falcon had installed. So far so good. I need to play with this a lot to learn about the new downloads. i expect to be calling just to find out more. Overall, a good job, especially getting my contacts moved over from Outlook. This has been a crazy experience and I am so glad it is over! The tech people have been so patient and helpful, thank you very much.

I am genuinely impressed with this company. I live in the UK and I got my computer from Falcon, based on good advice from a professional trader. The support at Falcon Computers has been fantastic. Recently for instance, my computer kept crashing due to malware. Slowly through a number of telephone calls they tried different approaches, before a complete restoration back to the original settings, whilst saving all my work. I am back to new...
