If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The custom computer AVLP built for me is perfect. They put every single file from my old desktop into my new one and this is the most amazing computer I have ever owned. AVLP explained the entire process to me in a way I could understand, and were simply amazing throughout the transition. I will always use AVLP for all my computer and cell phone issues.

AVLP Computers Sales & IT Services were able to replace my old Windows 10 HP laptop with a lovely used Dell laptop with a newer operating system. AVLP was able to find a laptop with many of the features that I depend on such as a functional CD/DVD drive) and with increased memory and power and with updated security. All my data was readily transferred. I am verry happy with AVLP's responsiveness and communication. I will be using AVLP for all of my IT needs in future.

My Lenova laptop had a blue screen failure, which essentially means a catastrophic failure. AVLP proprietor Win D. diagnosed the hardware failure, salvaged most of the files on my failed solid state drive, and got me back in business within a few hours. Win is personable, easy to work with, willing to tackle your problem immediately, very fair with pricing, and most important, this guy is a wizard with both software and hardware. Highly recommended ! Laramie is lucky to have such a great computer services business.

I called AVLP for the first time when my two computers, a printer and my internet service all quit working. Even my cell phone was giving signs of shutting down. I was astonished when Win answered the phone after the first ring and came to my door within half an hour! He assessed what I would need and set me up with an amazing system that was so easy to operate. Watching him perform his skills was a magical experience.
