Awesome experience with this company. First I called and spoke with a nice down to earth guy. He was patient and answered all my questions. He sent a tech out the same day. I told him the door was bouncing back up after touching the ground and he immediately went to work. It was obvious he seen/heard this before. He took off the cover to the motor, replaced a bad wire, and bing, bam, boom problem solved. I was so happy I didn't need a new one. Thank you Accurate Door Systems!!!
Our garage door opener quit working Christmas eve as everyone was arriving. Left message and they were here on Friday new one installed. Our technician was honest, and fantastic to our needs.
The technician arrived promptly and took the time to explain the options available to resolve my issue, and was upfront with pricing. He worked diligently to complete the work and left tge area clean and free of debris.
