Terrible customer service… employee had a nasty attitude from the second we walked up to the counter! Paid $117 for them to fix A phone that they guaranteed us they could fix and they didn’t and they didn’t refund us! I do not recommend doing business here!
Apple employee informed us that the screen was installed incorrectly and was the reason for all the issues my wife was having and why it broke so easily. The screen they installed never sat flush in the phone frame and the phone inevitably broke easily from being dropped. Apple was 10/10 and only $80 more than this place, learn from our mistake. Save your money and time if you need a functioning screen repair.
James the technician was amazing He was able to make the impossible possible. When even my own carrier t mobile basically told me there was Nothing they could do to Help me. But James came through (my phone was completely crushed Buy a car. He was able. To retrieve all important. Documents pictures videos. Thanks again, James. I will be coming back. Hopefully, not with the crush phone this time.
Had the best customer service Care, the two gentlemen, Khan and Eric were so nice and helpful and very patient
