This was my first time coming to this place. I dropped off boots to get fixed. I called in regarding the boots and this guy. The owner was so disgustingly rude and pathetic. He acted like he doesn’t understand English. He called me brain dead. Don’t ever in your life go to a person like that.Tell’s us a lot about a person‘s character and let me remind you this is my first time going there I will never go there ever again. The service was very horrible. Where is his common courtesy and his compassion for people that actually give him business. I had very much good intentions to go there, but I will never in my whole life ever go there again.

Desperate to have a scratch fixed on a brand new pair of shoes, I came by. I'm so mad I didn't check reviews before going here. A $20 overpriced that took 3 visits, he ended up coloring both of the entire shoes an entirely different shade. And a terrible job at that. You can see the swirl marks from the coloring. Just awful. So now I'm rebuying the shoes. A $100 total error on my part for not checking out that all other customers had bad experiences. Buyer beware.

Great repairs, quick turnaround, like new boots for 1/3 the price of new ones! Second time I had Gary repair my boots, I wore the first pair before I took pics. They were as clean and neat as the second pair when I picked them up.

I took my five-year-old boots here that had holes worn through on the soles and the heels worn past the pad. Gary was able to refresh them to as-good-as new or better for a fraction of the price of a replacement. I am excited to get many more years of life from my boots.
