Amazing service, reasonable cost. I don't know what the negative reviews are talking about, service was excellent and communication was clear. After stops at other repair stores, Terrance quickly figured out it was my cell phone charging port and was able to replace it in less than half the estimated time with parts on-site. Cost was entirely reasonable, everything was explained to me as it happened, and no sketchy asking for passwords as other places have tried. 10/10 no notes.
If I could leave a 0 I would I called and no response. I went to The store and knocked on the door multiple times and nobody answered the door when I was clearly visible that people were inside and that just didn’t happen to me. It happened to somebody else that was there as well. Poor customer service. And if you’re not going to be open, upload that on Google and other platforms.
They fixed my laptop 💻 screen after my daughter stepped on it, it cracked, & screen turned black. It now works and looks perfect again! He was quick and professional. Definitely recommend.
I came by the store during business hours at 11:15am on a Friday and the front door was locked, no one answered the camera door bell, and no one answered the phone. So much for being able to support local business!?
Service was amazing had my phone repaired within half an hour. Others in this area were very unprofessional and had no sense of urgency, not here though I can only recommend this place. Thank you for helping me !!!!!!!!!
