I had originally brought in my older MacBook Pro model for issues on the display screen.i was initially helped by a younger employee- rather curt fellow. He took one glimpse at the laptop & that was enough for him to deduce the issue was a “typical case for screen replacement”. He offered no explanation of service nor ran any diagnosis (not sure if this is standard practice?). After being told that it would take 1 week there was quite a delay. What bothered me was that the issue not only persisted but WORSENED after my replacement at this location. When I called back explaining the issue, the manager offered a replacement under the warranty. When we came in to fix the issue, that same younger employee was there and “had no idea” what was done to my laptop and claimed he wasn’t even the one who worked in it. When we asked if they AT LEAST had any notes or documentation of the service, they said they had no paperwork explaining what was done to my laptop. At the very least, the screen was replaced again but some of those issues are still there. I would personally NEVER spend money here again and instead find a more reliable, trusted service provider.
