The Foundation Works

Our Foundation Works crew were wonderful! Eric (the foreman), Chris S, Ernesto, Zander, and Ryadh worked so hard all day to repair the earthquake related damage in our crawl space. They took precautions to protect our floors, carefully laid out their tools and materials, and worked and maintained a clean workspace. When finished, the crew cleaned up efficiently and wiped down my floors before leaving. Great job gentlemen!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Best of the best team. Professional, personable and know how to work the system and get the best possible outcome for your property. All the while giving top quality work. Manny, one of the foreman, was outstanding, always available for questions via text message or a call. This was the second time I hired them, and would do it again.

I am thrilled that I got to work with The Foundation Works For my recent retrofit job on our home. What a team! Namely, Eric, their foreman, and his team comprised of Danny, Chris B. , Ernesto and Keith were next level. Fantastic! I recently had TFW complete an earthquake retrofit at my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Guillermo’s Team, including Guillermo, Matt, Daniel, Chris, and Derrick, did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were consistently professional and courteous. Before beginning any work, they took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I recently purchased new home, but upon inspection found out that the foundation had several problems I started looking for vendors and eventually found the foundation works. They were quick and responsive and handled all my concerns and questions efficiently Erick the foreman, Ernesto, Nick, Brian, and Gabriel came to my house and finished all of the work in one day. They were professional, clean, and efficient with their time. Great company to work with Erick was especially great to work with communicating details throughout the whole process.
