Electrical Specialists Auto Repair

Went here to have my rig worked on here and they code read it and charged me a ton; they did nothing to fix the code said it was a tow hitch reading that “ all Subarus have.” Then had the error code read by an actual expert and it turned out to be a catalytic converter code and electrical specialist allowed me to drive around with a faulty engine for years. Because they failed to read a basic error code. This place is running a scam; they charge people hundreds for doing zero work. Probably thought because I was a college student and my mom may have paid that they could scam me by lying about my error code. Finally got some cady cleaner Ang it cleared the code but they let me ride around with a faulty engine code for years because they are dishonest

They told me $600 over the phone, I hesitantly agreed. Then I called them back and he said they were able to get the parts cheaper and it would be $350! I was very happy and we even had a brief conversation where I restated the price and said about $300 is more like what I was hoping to pay. Then I get to the office the next day and it's $580, I reminded them of the conversation we had and they just argued with me saying I was wrong. I paid and left respectfully
