Edil Mendez from E & D Drywall and Painting LLC did an outstanding job removing my popcorn ceilings and replacing them with new drywall and texture. The transformation is incredible. He is very skilled with great attention to detail, a man of his word, and his pricing was very fair. He showed up when he said he would and delivered exactly what he promised. I have used Edil’s services twice already & I’m always impressed on how amazing everything turns out! Edil is professional, punctual, reasonably priced, trustworthy, kind & a hardworking person!! He is a 1 man team & he gets the job done exactly how you want it! No excuses….he shows up on the day & time he schedules, takes no breaks, very quiet & you can see the pride he takes in his job. I had a closet removed from the entrance of the house & a wall put up to turn it into a long entryway. I will definitely be hiring him again on future projects & I highly recommend him!!!

I just recently had my popcorn ceiling removed in my entire house and knocked down ceilings Applied. It looks wonderful, so bright and clean. Edil, the owner of the company, Was so professional and courteous. He worked tirelessly for four days until the job was complete. He explained what he was doing each day and what to expect the following day. He was always on time. At the end of each day, he and his wife cleaned up And prepared me for the next day. He had to work around my two dogs and me,which was really a feat in itself. Locking them up in crates or putting them in doggy daycare was just not an option for my fur babies and he was so kind about it. He never complained, but I know it slowed him down. My ceilings are beautiful and his prices are beyond reasonable. I am so happy to give this review because He and his wife are pure perfectionist.
