EcoCare have been amazing honestly. I am a new home owner and have needed several services and repairs post move-in. In comparison to some of the other work recently done with other companies EcoCare have been the best from a customer service perspective. I hate having to chase people down for updates, that nickel and dime feeling, or overall lack of transparency a lot of businesses struggle with. I mean these are basic customer service areas and yet they are foundational in setting certain companies apart from others. EcoCare and particularly our technician Patrick have really been incredible from beginning to end. They are communicative, ha... EcoCare have been amazing honestly. I mean these are basic customer service areas and yet they are foundational in setting certain companies apart from others. EcoCare and particularly our technician Patrick have really been incredible from beginning to end. They are communicative, have smooth processes, are extremely polite, and take the time. That last one is huge. Every minute I have spent with Patrick has appreciatively incredible. Never once did I feel rushed in the conversations we have had, he took the time to really explain the process and details of the work, he talked with me about things even outside of the job itself sharing his own experiences and guidance. Really can't say enough good things about him. The crews that showed up were amazing as well. So polite, so professional, just good people who seem to really care about the job they do. Pride in one's work is incredibly meaningful so shout out to all of them as well. Thank you EcoCare for a wonderful experience. Thank you Patrick for the time and guidance. I know I ask a lot of questions! And thank you to the crews who helped to perform the work.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Spenser from EcoCare today. He was very thorough and spent time explaining different options to us for our ant issue. Not only did he make us feel relieved, he went above and beyond when he found an injured animal during the outdoor inspection. Thank you for your kindness and compassion!

Patrick was always professional. He was early for all three appointments, but he did call to confirm it was "okay" to be early. He was extremely careful while inside the house doing his work. His work was 110% quality. He was thorough and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Patrick and EcoCare Pest Control.

I had an excellent experience with EcoCare and would refer them to a friend instantly. Both the technician, Ricky, and front desk, Julia, were incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions. They worked with my schedule & Ricky was even able to come out to my home same-day. I'm so appreciative!

They absolutely saved me this week! We had a rat get into the house and Ricky/EcoPest Control came out the next day for a consultation that they pivoted into a treatment session on the same day. Excellent experience, very grateful!
