Eco Water Restoration of Tacoma

Got Eco out to do an assessment after there was a leak from a plumbing project gone awry. Bailey (the tech) was very responsive, professional, and provided a quote quickly. He was very clear on what his bid covered and what it didn’t, and general considerations that I would have to work through as a homeowner. I ended up going through my insurance company given the scope of the project, but I would definitely call Eco if I had an issue again, given the responsiveness, honesty, and general professionalism that they demonstrated.

I had a water leak that spread throughout my entire kitchen, dining room, and more. I was able to turn off the valve that night. The next morning I didn’t know what to do between insurance, drying, demolition. I called Eco at 8am and Bailey was at my house within ~2 hours even though the leak had already stopped. He put my mind at ease reassuring me they had tons of experience working with insurance and that they could take care of everything. Demolition, mold removal and prevention, drying. He set up blowers and dehumidifiers that same day. They guided me through the whole process. I couldn’t believe the amount of work Bailey and Serge did between the two of them. It was pretty intensive demo and masking work (kitchen, dining, AND crawlspace) all done in one day by Bailey and Serge. It was seriously impressive! These guys are great and they saved my house.
