This company is terrific. They are committed to customer service. Very honest and up front Turn around time is excellent and they do what they say there going to do. Installed my cluster and it worked perfectly. Cane back all cleaned up. If you have instrument cluster issues this is the company you want to repair it. No need to search anywhere else. A 5 star company. This was an 02 Buick Lesebre and everything was dead. Repaired like new. Thanks to everyone involved at Eastern Electronics. Top notch service. Our 1996 Buick Skylark was dying a slow death. Automotive electronics are just out of my league, and a computer swap did not fix the problem. Thankfully I found Eastern Electronics and I decided to send the instrument cluster off for repair. The result was a completely refurbished cluster that works PERFECTLY! Mr. Chadwick went above and beyond to provide excellent service and provided more time and materials than would normally be necessary to fix an instrument cluster. Edit.. 10/23 - I have not had any problems with the work that was done. I own a 2003 Nissan Pathfinder LE. It has 132000 miles and still gets the job done. I’ve been driving around with a “ Check Engine “ light lit and a non working gas gauge for the past year. The code reader indicated a faulty gas gauge. This reading was false and was being caused by a defect in the cluster. I found Eastern Electronics here on Google and finally had an opening in my schedule to head over to the shop for service. The best in the business. My infiniti speedometer died completely. First gas guage went , then mph and rpm, last was temperature. To not turning on. They fixed it in 3hrs and comes with 1 year warranty. My car battery died 8min away and they even met me and gave me a jump at no charge. Excellent customer service and I definitely recommend.
