Have had the pleasure of using East coast for many years always go above and beyond, especially this last January when it was negative numbers and the furnace needed replacement. My Furnice stopped working on a very cold Saturday. After making 5 emergency calls East Coast was the only company responded quickly . The secretary and and the HVAC Tech Were very polite and proffesionals . Cole came and explained in details what was wrong, fixed and left everything clean .He exceeded my expectations and did an ecxellent job!
If you want reliable, honesty and professionalism East Coast Mechanical Inc is the way to go. Every time I call, which can be a lot, Bri with customer service is always willing to assist and help resolve the issue as quickly and safely as possible. Bri is very patient, polite and wants to satisfy her customers. Their technicians, especially Tyler is willing to work with you and takes the time to explain things to their customers to understand their systems. They follow up when they say they will, they call ahead and if there is a problem they really want to fix it the honest way.
Our CO detectors went off in August. They came out and determined everything is ok. We replaced the old ones a month ago. The new one went off almost a week ago. CO on all three floors. There was a deteriorated seal and a leaking heat exchanger because of an incorrectly installed seal. We have had no heat or hot water during this cold snap, and they are still waiting on the part. Very unhappy with this whole situation. I’d like an explanation as to why this was not found in August and fixed. Oh, and we are seniors.
