DuPage Water Conditioning

Last night during a water softener repair, like an idiot , I lost a meter clip and couldn't put the softener back together. This a two dollar part, but very hard to buy. I saw they handle Fleck equipment so I stopped by. They too could only find an expensive option. They vanished to the back and in about 10 minutes found me the parts I needed in an old parts stash. They charged me a very reasonable amount and I was on my way! This was over and above. A great experience!

There is a woman there by the name of Carla, very rude. I had someone come out because there was an issue with my water tank after it was serviced, it was not working properly. NO one mentioned that I would have to pay a fee for the man to do ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING. She was calling me frequently about this $50 service fee. I do work and was busy like a regular person should be and was not able to make the payment right then and there. She acted like I owed $5000! I was going to pay the fee regardless it was not that serious. I had specifically told her I was going to speak to my husband and then I would make the payment. She lied and left my husband a message stating that I told her to call him for payment which I did not. Very horrible customer service. Just super annoying chasing me for $50, when I have had work done from this company and have always paid with no problem. UPDATE: I called again today hoping to speak to someone else about my water system. I was told by the manager that they would not be able to service my equipment because of the google review i left. I explained the review was on the customer service attained by their employee not the actual service of my equipment. He stated that because of that they could not help me to get my equipment fixed. I let them know also I would leave another review because of this. That's why they have google reviews so customers can out real life feed back, not get upset and deny service versus fixing the situation with the employee. I'm in need of a repair and this is how I get treated for expressing an experience with.
