Personable folks and quality work. They also have financing. I had to have my transmission replaced. I was able to drop the vehicle off after hours.

Had my jeep towed here after a horrible dealership experience. Dealership dropped my transmission, replaced with a used one. Started leaking and was told no warranty on any gaskets , even the new oem trans pan/filter that was done less than 2500 miles ago. Super swift in communication, let me know my options, got parts super quick and got me back on the road in less than a weeks time after ordering parts. This is the kind of shop that everyone looks for. I first found these guys when my F-150 developed a shutter issue and was told by multiple shops that I needed a full transmission replacement—quotes were upwards of $6,000. I called Duncan Elite and spoke with Zach, great guy & very familiar with the exact issue I was dealing with, and he got me scheduled for that same week. They went through the transmission, serviced it, and found the real issue to be the torque converter.
