I was in a process of purchasing a duplex, but found an issue with the foundation. I had no clue why and how the foundation walls were cracking. Steve(owner) and Marcus(lead construction) were recommended to me by an engineering firm. I called them on Thursday and they came out to meet me at the premise on Saturday, these guys don't take days off. I was impressed with how knowledgeable they were as they explained why the walls were cracking and what they would do to fix the issue. They guaranteed the problem will never come back. They are passionate and knowledgeable about their craft. They were on time with starting the job and it only took them 3 days to finish it. I couldn't have been more impressed with the entire process. There isn't anyone I would trust with waterproofing or supporting foundation on my properties, unless it is "Dry At Last"!!!
