I've had them out for a clogged kitchen sink, a clogged toilet and a toilet replacement. Been happy each and every time. They keep you in the loop if they're running even 5 minutes late. Would highly recommend.

Big shoutout to Drain Tech - the only plumbing company I truly trust. Will and Kaden removed my old dishwasher, installed the new one, and even cut and replaced a leaking main waterline pipe that I thought was just water from my sump pump. They were professional, personable, and efficient. When you call for service, you will probably speak with Linda. She is always friendly and helpful. Honest, fair, and top-notch service every time.

Wow, very disappointed in their customer service. I made an appointment and was given a window of 1-3pm. Fine. Took the afternoon off and waited until 2:50pm to call the office and find out if we needed to reschedule. The office person said that she would inquire and call me right back. I waited another hour (it's now 4pm) and called again. Got the answering machine. Never got a call or an apology. That is not how you run a business! If you're running that late it is imperative to communicate that to whoever is waiting. What a waste of an afternoon.

They are very efficient and professional in making appoints. The Techs are very fast and respectful. The problem is in accounting. It took 5 months to receive my invoice. Even though I contacted them several times on a weekly basis. Need to hire more employees.

We had back up in our sewer line and we were recommended by a friend as they do not come up when searching like most companies... We will be calling them from now on! They were in and out in less than an hour and the prices can't be beat. We had 2 gentlemen show up and get right to work. They snaked the drain 4 or 5 times and problem solved! I would recommend this company to anyone. I would also like to add that Kenyon and Patrick deserve a raise! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The way they explained everything made it easy to understand.
