I had to have some serious engine work done on my truck. The folks at Dowell were great to deal with. Very open with the issues, honest, and provided clear discussion of options, and just an overall great experience. To give you some idea, the mechanic invited me out to the shop floor to show me exactly what he found, showed me the damaged parts, and clearly explained what we needed to do get back on the road. I also felt the price was very fair for the amount of work they did. This is definitely my shop of choice moving forward.
