Owner committed to providing great and honest service! I brought our vacuum in because the roller wasn't moving. Bruce was able to remove some of the yarn my daughter sucked up with it and got it working again, but was very honest with me when he called and told me he wouldn't be surprised if it died all together over the next few months. Additionally - although Bruce spent his time diagnosing our issue, when he determined the "fix" was to purchase a replacement head, he gave me the option for him to do it for us or for me to order it myself and do it, and even provided the link/information to the replacement part.
