Very customer-service oriented and professional, everyone in the office but especially Jenny had all the answers and made my purchase and install arrangements easy, Derek did the install and I can't say enough good about someone that truly cares what they're doing and how they're doing it. Love this company. Installed back in October of last year. Very knowledgeable. Came back out to check the door and do some minor repairs. John was super friendly and quick. Went above and beyond what the original issue was. Would highly recommend.

John was professional, efficient, and super kind! He came out to fix the spring on our garage door and went above and beyond. He even took care of a few extra things he didn’t have to and replaced a part for a really reasonable price. Definitely recommend John and Door Tech if you need any garage door work done!

What a great place to do business with. My mother in law had an old garage door opener that was missing a remote and one bad sensor. I called them and picked up a new remote. Upon trying to program the first remote, we learned it was the wrong remote. We went back to the shop an Ian, exchanged the remote and gave us some used sensors "Free" to replaced the broken ones. We installed the new sensors and programmed the new remote. Bam!! Worked like a charm! Thank you Door Tech!
