From the first phone call to the finished product everyone involved with getting my new garage door were professional and so very easy to work with. My installers were friendly, they fixed the original shoddy installation and now I have a beautiful, safe and sturdy garage door, they answered all my questions and completed the job quickly and professionally. Thank you all, I am very pleased.
Curt Massey who came out was excellent. He was very friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain what the issue was and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciated his positive attitude and the quality of the service. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.
Everyone at Alaska door was top-notch! From the receptionist to the technician, everyone was very professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I had to reschedule a couple of times and they were more than happy to accommodate my schedule changes without any problems. I was so happy with my new garage door and it works wonderfully. The first time in years I’ve been able to park my car in the garage during the winter.
Excellent work. I would recommend Alaska Doors for overhead doors repairs and replacement for both commercial and residential needs. And yes…,they service the Kenai Peninsula!! Just had work completed in Nikiski. The old non working overhead doors at our building now operate like they’re brand new! Makenzie was a pleasure to work with, responsive and communicative.
