Excellent and prompt customer service response. Steven went above and beyond what was expected and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly! And Anthony came for an air conditioner complementary tuneup and he was a great listener, very professional as well. The small gesture means a lot! "Buy a house", they said. "it's the American Dream!" They claimed. Until you are taking a shower and the water temps start to fall before the rinse cycle. So I needed a new heater. Lovely. I spoke to a couple of local hardware shops, and the prices they quoted me might have been ok for some people but I didn't have a briefcase of cash sitting stashed iny home, so I needed other options. A brief Google search brought me to "Done Right Plumbing", and they were local so I thought "🤷🏾‍♂️ couldn't hurt." Only a few short moments of convo with Jessica (hope I remembered the name correctly) and not only did I have a number that fit my budget, but the product (according to both Google and customer reviews) was superior to what the hardware store was selling. Sold me. When Technician Chris showed up, he was courteous, competent and quick - got my heater installed properly and the setup looks fantastic. I am back among the privileged with my warm showers and "Done Right Plumbing" saved the day! Thank you so much!
