Anthony and his partner showed up on time and had the work done in about 45 minutes. They explained everything they needed to do and gave me an estimate upfront. They cleaned everything up after they were done and were kind and courteous. This is the second we called them out for a (different) problem, and they came through each time. We highly recommended Delaware Plumbing Professionals, ad we will call them again in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

This review is divided into two parts to ensure the technicians receive the credit they deserve. First, I want to emphasize that Anthony and A-izaiah were excellent. They were professional, courteous, and on time. They explained everything clearly, knew exactly what they were doing, and completed the repair efficiently. Their work involved replacing an emergency shutoff valve and a single piece of copper piping. They handled the job with skill and respectful communication throughout the entire visit. They were absolutely wonderful. My rating, however, reflects the company’s pricing — not the technicians. The cost charged for this very straightforward repair was extremely disappointing. For a job that took only minutes and required one emergency valve and one piece of copper piping, the pricing felt excessively inflated and disproportionate to the actual labor and materials. While the work itself was done correctly, the surcharge for such a simple task was, in my opinion, unreasonable. Again, to be clear: Anthony and A-izaiah deserve five stars, but the company’s pricing brings my overall rating down to two.
