Pros: very quick to identify issue and work appears to be top notch. Cons: super expensive. Replaced both belts due to dry rot. Parts were ~$100. Labor was $585!!! They got my approval at 8:15 and the invoice was printed at 10:09 so their labor date is apparently close to $300/hour. Likely won't be back.
Was looking for a place to have some diagnostic work/ repairs done on my truck. They were super friendly during the whole experience. They did come highly recommended to me while looking. Misha the service advisor and Matt who did the work on my truck. Got me in early before my appt. And finished my truck before the time they quoted me. And saved me a few hundred dollars without even hesitating. Will absolutely be back in the future for more work.
Had the engine light come on my 6.7 Powerstroke a couple days before leaving town. After reading the Google reviews on this shop I gave them a call to see if they could at least read the codes to see what I was up against. They were able to squeeze me in even though they looked to be very busy. The issue was a relatively easy fix and they took care of it right away. Great piece of mind before hitting the road again. Thanks again guys!
