I brought my MacBook Air in to have the screen replaced in September. After a lot of back and forth and them not being able to replace the screen, I finally picked my computer up in November. I have been promised a refund since November. I have had to constantly message the owner to remind him about my refund. He has constantly not responded or made promises to provide a refund in a set amount of time and has not followed through or even communicated with me. I hate doing things like this as I would prefer to support local businesses. But this has been nothing short of unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous.
