Alan was extremely helpful in finding the correct part to purchase to fix our dryer. Even printed out a parts diagram and tested the parts that I brought in to figure out what the fix would be. Highly recommend coming here for any problems if you value people with knowledge, experience, and a willingness to help.
Stuart from Kearsley came and fixed our dryer switch. He was GREAT . On time, knowledgeable and extremely kind. His assistance is greatly appreciated. The very reason we've used Kearsley for decades.
Extremely Disappointed I would not recommend Dick Kearsley Service Center to anyone. Before the technician arrived, our dryer was powering on and the drum was spinning — it just wasn’t heating. The repairman said a fuse had tripped and that he fixed it. However, after reassembling the dryer, the drum would no longer spin. It was completely dead. My husband asked the technician to call his manager since we had called them to fix the dryer — not break it. The manager’s response was essentially “sorry, nothing we can do,” and then said we still had to pay the $80 trip charge. We were left with a dryer that was worse than before they touched it and no accountability from the company. I had to go out and buy a new dryer. If you need your appliance repaired, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Thank you Alan for being so awesome. Our furnace was acting up and he provided us with excellent service and the correct part to repair it. He is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. Super cool guy!
I have been here 3 times. Each time Alan has been wonderful to work with and has actually helped me trouble shoot my issues rather than just try and get me to buy new parts. This type of service shows that you can trust the advice that they give you. Amazing service.
