Jon came back 6 months after the original work, for a second inspection, and verified that the changes have been stable. It was a pleasure to visit with Jon about the soil conditions and causes of the slab issue and how to prevent it. He didn't make me feel stupid for not calling Childers sooner. He will be back in 6 months to check again on the progress.

John did an outstanding job at turning our previously horrible experience with another company, into a wonderful experience with Childers! I cannot speak highly enough of him or Childers. He answered every question, was there every step of the way, was respectful, honest, and our project was executed with exactly the materials and precisions he explained. I am very grateful for his team coming and fixing our foundation!

It was great to work with John, he came out and walked us through the best option and broke it down on what needed to be fixed. After that we were told it would be around 4-5 weeks but within 1-2 weeks they were out and ready to fix it which was amazing! Everything we were promised had been followed through with and everything came out great and we feel/see immediate improvement. A week later John came by and asked how everything went and the overall experience. Jon was amazing and very informative. He did a full assessment on our house and told us that no work needed to be done. We love an honest business that doesn’t just try to take your money and would recommend to anybody.
