From our first visit to the showroom and talking with Brendon we were sold. Brendon answered all our questions and helped with our association paperwork which was a challenge. Installation day: Jacob, Shane, Keoni & Jr were great! So efficient on how they work, they truly are a team. Jacob the project Sup did a great job of answering questions and directing his team. Also all of them are very respectful to myself & my husband - GREAT TEAM!!!

Our experience with Diamond Head Windows & Doors has been nothing short of excellent. The new gate installation has made such a difference — not just in function but also in how secure and polished our property feels. The crew worked efficiently, kept the site clean, and were very respectful of residents throughout the process. What impressed us most was how seamless everything went from proposal to completion — clear communication, no hidden surprises, and a finished product that looks fantastic. It’s reassuring to know we have a local company we can count on, and we look forward to working with them again on future improvements.

As a member of the board for our condo, I had the opportunity to oversee this improvement project. While it was straightforward in nature it has had such a positive impact on the residents! It’s the secured area of our parking garage and we had the pleasure of working with Diamond Head Windows (yes we found out they do fencing and gates as well)! We reviewed several bids and while we don’t have a lot of experience in this area it was helpful to have a vendor like Diamond Head Windows who took the time and really put a well thought out proposal that covered everything we needed so we didn’t have any surprises. Their bid didn’t have any gaps in scope which gave us the confidence to move forward and upon completion they were on time and on budget. Thankful we didn’t have any unforeseen site conditions since those you just can’t help. There was a hurdle that they encountered but spent the time to figure it out and got everything to work as it should. Their communication and attention to detail was unmatched and we are now four weeks post installation and everything is still operating smoothly. We are looking for other opportunities to work with them to improve our property since these old buildings could use the improvements! First photo is of the new gate.
