CCI Windows

My unit was on the 24th floor at Waikiki and I bought it last year. At that time,I didn't know that the window was broken and needed repair.Under the window is ALA WAI BLVD，During that time, the wind was very strong every day.I am very worried that the glass will fall to the ALA WAI BLVD. There are many cars and pedestrians downstairs. In April last year, my building manager gave me the phone number of the CCI window, I contacted them and and I paid $50, One week later they went to my unit to check the window ,then said they will contacted me back, told me how to repair the windows. But after that,no one contacted me. After half a month, I contacted them again. They said that my windows need to be replaced . Because I am very worried about the safety of the window，So I asked them when the window could be replaced and how much it cost.Ten days later, they told me that I needed to pay $13063.29. I only had to wait for three months and my window could be replaced. Then I paid a deposit of $6531.64. A few days later, they went to my unit to measure the windows, then they simply strengthened the window frame.I am very grateful to them.Because my windows are really dangerous, I am very afraid of strong winds. But now that one year has passed, my window has not been replaced. I don't know how long I have to wait?I sent them many e-mails this year, but no one has ever responded to me.I called them many times and they said that they would call me back every time, but no one ever contacted me.In January of this year, I also went to their office in Aiea. Now I really don't know what should I do! What should I do if they never replace the windows for me?I have already paid them $50 + $6531.64 dollars, it has been a year. The money I paid them was my loan from the bank.I told to my building manager ,but they said they could not do anything for me. But I always see CCI windows's truck and worker in our building, they replaced windows for other units. I talked to the workers and they asked me to contact the office. My window is very dangerous，I really need help. Can I call 911? Or contact a TV news program or find a lawyer? I am really sad，Hawaii is ALOHA STATE,Most people are very kind，But this is my worst experience in Hawaii.
