Had a few exterior lights changed at one of our buildings and AFTER they changed the bulbs for a few hundred dollars, they told me they recommended replacing some of the cases. First red flag, but I said sure, get us a quote. Then he says "well, you should really consider switching to LEDs." So I asked for a quote for that. They quote was ridiculously high for some simple wallpacks so I asked for a breakdown of pricing and Dan Wainscott, the PRESIDENT of the company, told me he had already spent enough time on it and if it was too high, I just needed to pay my first invoice. Never seen anything so unprofessional in my entire life. The whole o... Diamond added a new circuit in my bathroom because there were none making it so I unable to get ready in there. Josh provided execellent timely service at a reasonable rate. Everywhere else quoted me twice as much. Thanks Diamond Electric!
