I had to nurse my furnace through the cold season last winter (2024). Of course it started acting up as soon as it got really cold this winter. I called and they came out the same day. My OLD furnace needed replaced and they were there and got the job done the next day! Everyone was so nice and their service is outstanding. I am so happy with my new furnace and my experience with Des Moines Heating & Cooling. I highly recommend giving them a call for any and all HVAC issues. You'll be glad you did.

We had a technician come out to look at our furnace, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was very down-to-earth, friendly, and well-mannered, just an all-around cool guy. He asked the right questions, listened, and once he figured out what was going on, he got straight to the problem and fixed it. He took the time to show me exactly what the issue was, explained everything clearly, and made sure the furnace was working properly before he left. Justin was very professional and great to work with. He kept me informed the whole time and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my heat. He went out of his way to grab another part and was determined not to leave until everything was fixed. He gave me the best price, especially considering how serious the issue was. I truly appreciate his dedication. I would absolutely recommend him, use him again for all my heating and cooling needs, and will be spreading the word. Would highly recommend this company for anyone's HVAC needs. EXTREMELY affordable and were courteous and very responsive during our back and forth regarding the work and scheduling. Corresponded with Justin, Tyler, and Josh. All three just seem like really great dudes.
