DEPENDABLE PLUMBING

It was easy to get an appointment set. The staff has always been friendly, and although I didn't shop around much on the price, the work was excellent and the install was clean. After replacing a 20+ year old hot water heater, I asked for a technician to come back out to review the install when I was concerned with post-install flow rates. The technician came back out and took our concerns seriously and with a smile. He even cleared out a clog in the kitchen faucet, all at no additional charge.

Called this company for a kitchen drain clog. Was told a typical drain unclog would run $250. The plumber was at my home for 30 min and snaked the drain with no issues. I’m thinking it doesn’t get more typical than that but charged us $410. Would not use this company if you are looking for fair and honest expectation’s of what the job is going to cost you. Left my 91 year old mother-n-law to let the plumber in to do the work. Obviously took advantage of the situation. Do not use.

I couldn't be more happy with Dependable Plumbing Services. We have used them many of times through the years. Most recently they installed a septic tank for us and we couldn't be more pleased. Charles took time to explain the process to us. He didn't try to upsell us on the most expensive and the largest septic. He asked how many people would be using and knowing it was just a once in a while lake house we were able to get something very reasonabl.

I have used Dependable Plumbing on multiple occasions. Always satisfied with the communication when they've been on jobs I've booked with them. Also haven't had a complaint from any client on the work that was completed and I never had to ask them to come back and correct anything. Charles also made a personal house call for me to correct an issue and was in and out in no time. Great staff, great service, hard working 5 *. Dependable! It's in the name!
