We had a roof replacement. From the beginning to the end, we received A+ service. The office helped with our insurance claim, John answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and was helpful throughout. The crew of four were respectful of our property, did a great job with the installation and clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again if the need arose, and I would definitely refer our friends and neighbors to them.

Steven really helped us with all of the process of getting our roof replaced. He’s very knowledgeable on the type of roof we needed, dealt with the insurance company when they wanted to haggle over minor repairs and had his construction crew here within days. I highly recommend the ice barrier that this company offers. We were able to eliminate old valleys that were visible metal, to a beautiful valley on our roof that matches everything else. Advanced Restoration helped save us money, was quick on replacing our roof, and saved us money on upgrading our gutters.

If I could give them a zero I would. Advanced Restorations is the worst company to have a roof done on your house. My roof is 4 months old and the roof has leaks. The shingles are not laying down. I have ripples where they were installed wrong. They destroyed my mature landscaping they ruined my 2 week old privacy fence by just throwing the shingles off the roof. There is no supervisor that comes to keep an eye on things. You have to monitor the project yourself. Then call Drew to come out and fix what they were doing wrong. It took 2 wks to do a 4day project. From here I will let the pictures speak for themselves.
