Degree Home Services did a great job cleaning a family member’s dryer vent on the 2nd floor. They were very reasonably priced. They emailed me a 2 hour arrival time the day before instead of the often 4 hour window. John ( the company owner) and his assistant were personal and professional in conversation. I was so impressed with the complete job and quality of work that I asked him about a project at my house. He said I didn’t need the project done in which I am sure saved me hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend getting an estimate and service from Degree Home Services.

I called John on a Monday mid-day and he was able to work me into his schedule the same day. I have used Degree home services twice before once for an a/c repair and once for an electrical repair both times I was completely satisfied. This visit was above and beyond professional service and John was amazing. I was dealing with a death in the family and John gave me an incredible deal and preformed all work timely and expertly. I will use this company every time going forward !

Our house was struck by lightening a few months ago and it took out our entire AC system. It was the heat of the summer with sweltering 100F+ days. John came out on a saturday and had our home assessed in a few hours. Not only that but he fixed zoning issues to improve air temperature and flow throughout the home. He was extremely communicative with parts ordering and scheduling. When it came for install day unfortunately we found more damage than initially thought. What would should have been a 5/6 hour job turned into a 12/13 hour job. He worked tirelessly through the heat and short rain storm to ensure our family had AC by the end of the day. He truly exemplifies a professional who CARES about what they do. This type of dedication and thoughtfulness is hard to find in today's world. I highly recommend any and everyone to Degree home services.
