It took these guys 5 months to fix my drone and it should have been a simple repair. The customer service is horrible too. Was given timeline that were not achieved.
Edit: I just received a brand new sealed drone. They must have lost my drone or couldn't fix it. It's brand new a sealed
Truly horrible experience with this company. I initially sent in my drone for repair in late February 2025. After several weeks of waiting, I was informed that the part necessary to fix the drone was delayed in China due to the tariffs. I found this totally reasonable given the uncertainty around tariffs.
Fast forward to May and June when I called the company back for a status update. During these conversations, I was informed that I could expect a replacement drone since I had been waiting so long and the tariffs are doing a number to their business. Again, totally understandable.
I wait all the way until end of July upon which I call them again to request a status update on this replacement. Finally, I manage to get them to agree to send over a replacement.
A few days later, a drone arrives on my doorstep. Yet, I can’t use it. The drone is still bound to another user’s account. For folks who are unclear, this is the equivalent of selling you a used car but not giving you the keys. In other words, my “replacement drone” is someone else’s drone and I can’t get it unlocked.
I raise this binding issue with DDS and they assure me that they’ll get their techs to call me back to get this resolved. And that’s the last I’ve heard from them. I called multiple times and sent multiple emails with no clear response or resolution.
I plan on elevating this directly to DJI to let them know of this issue and hopefully get it resolved. Other than that, do NOT use this company to fix your drone.

Sent my drone in for repair and denied repair because of the price they quoted me. Getting my drone back was difficult. I called and waited for weeks after a shipping label was created. I finally called again and was assured my drone was being shipped that day. It wasn’t. I finally received my drone and it was extremely poorly packaged, beat up and my original DJI box was ripped open on one corner. They also sent the drone back with the gimbal cover floating around the box potentially damaging my device more .
