Exchanged the engine got car back with 4 6 inch nuts/bolts and a metal plate not installed back on the vehicle. The air conditioner does not work now and certainly did when it went there. The biggest surprise was my car no longer goes in reverse?!? It dis when it stopped running. The alternator was broken and wasn't no fault of theirs? Really?!? I had to pay for that as well. I hesitate in writing negative reviews but I think people should be aware of the things people will do and say to someone.

Bought vehicle needed oil pan replaced due to oil plugged stripped. They got me in there put new one on. Before leaving and by grace of god right place right time ordeal god sure was looking after me. Anyway my car wouldn’t start Tom ask if I’ve had problems with it I said no I drove it in here. I said politely don’t tell me something wrong with it. He told me exactly what it was alternator and he verified everything with me and The car place see if they would help me cover the charges. Well tom sprung into action and put a new one on for me so I wouldn’t be stranded as I have health issues and travel to out town appointment(s). Anyway he helped me out big time. Go support local businesses he under prices his perfection of work. He said you have any problems with the work I did bring it back he warranties his work and parts. Thanks Tom for your hard work and dedication to people the community and helping and working with me thank you from bottom of my heart.
