I have a century home that had several areas where flooring had been replaced with plywood. Everyone who came to complete each step — fitting in reclaimed flooring, sanding, staining, and finishing — was professional, positive about representing the company, and dedicated to giving me a result they would want in their own homes. Jamie in particular went far above and beyond to make sure of that. I could not be more pleased.
Dave’s Floor Sanding has been my “go to” for hardwood floor sanding and refinishing through three homes over many years. I just had Dave’s complete a refinishing job for maple floors in my newest home. For the first time, there were a couple portions of the original job that I wasn’t satisfied with, but Dylan demonstrated to me why these guys are the best and have been around so long. A lot of trades tell you they aren’t done until you are satisfied, but Dave’s lives that core value. All I had to do was call with details, and Dylan quickly agreed it wasn’t good enough and sent his crews back who made it perfect. I strongly recommend Dave’s for your floor refinishing!
Do not go with this company. After callyou I’ll hear oh they have to finish up something and they will be there, 5 hours later you’ll will see a two guys that say well it’s the owners job to cover everything.even tho you spoke to to the one one he phone saying say they would do that. Dust will cover all and blame you you for not covering it. Or not do completely do there job
Dave’s Floor Sanding was really great to work with. I moved into an old home and found original hardwood floors that were pretty beat up. They sanded them down and were very patient and helpful with me while my wife and I chose the right stain color for our house. Very knowledgeable and responsive with any questions during and after the process. I’m very pleased with the work and the professionalism
