We had our septic tank back up and Dano’s was quick to make the appointment for the next morning. Robyn came out to fix the problem. Robyn was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and fixed the problem quickly. We will 100% be using them again.
My system was backing up. Called the emergency number and was greeted with a sweet young lady who helped get us set up with Alan Strange who showed up the next morning and did a thorough job, communicated with us and was fantastic! Grateful to them here in our shelton neighborhood!! Not too bad a price considering it was last minute emergency called in Saturday night and worked on early Sunday morning.
The young ladies Laurie and Morgan were a pleasure to deal with. The young man that came out in the truck was outstanding. After 25 years, this is what it looked like. I will start having it pumped every three years from now on. What a great team. If you are looking for a great group of people to help your septic system, these are the people for it. Super friendly and fast.
