The ladies at Dal-Tile were great to deal with. I called ahead to see if I could pick up a few samples & they had them waiting for me up front with Jojo. She was very pleasant & helpful. I told her I had to go because I had a friend waiting for me in my car. She said to come back anytime & look all I want. I definitely want to go back soon.

Was sent in by our retailer and told we could look at slabs for our countertops. Retailer called while I was standing there and was told they had a slab in stock that we could go look at the next morning. Service was a bit rude and told me they didn't do that, and if they did, they would just sell it out the back door. Definitely didn't feel welcome there and when I asked to see certian samples she brought out 3 completely different samples and when I asked if they had the ones I asked for, she blew it off and didn't answer. I will take my business elsewhere.
