Dakota Watch Company

This is a kiosk in the mall. We have purchased a pocket watch here, had a battery replaced and also had links removed from a Fossil watch -purchased elsewhere. I have had good service and the price is very reasonable. Only once did I need help and the person working admitted he was not trained to help with our issue...but I give him credit for honesty. 😀

Purchased a watch for my son for Christmas. Inquired about the healthcare worker discount advertised on the counter but was told that a pharmacist did not count. Went back a few weeks later to have watch sized. Inquired again about who was eligible for the discount. I was then informed I should have been eligible at the original sales transaction but now it was too late to make any adjustments. Disappointing.

Took a watch there last Thursday for a watch battery and a new crystal. Checked there today after two previous phone calls stating the watch would be ready the next day after the phone calls. During the phone call today the clueless person working the kiosk had no idea where the watch was. We went to the mall talked to clueless person at the kiosk and after making the young guy look for our watch he finally found it under watch repair. What a concept. Nothing had been done with it after the owner said it would be done this afternoon. Nothing was farther from the truth. We took the watch and left we will NEVER return. Dont take your watch there for repair!!!!
