I’m really appreciative of the level of quality customer service from McGee. I visited to take a look at watches. I was up front and told the rep that I have zero knowledge of watches and that I probably won’t be purchasing one today, but she was still very helpful, patient, and kind. I know where I’ll be going when I’m ready to pull the trigger on a new watch.
I walked in today and spoke with Adam McGee about jewelry that I was interested in selling. Adam was extremely knowledgeable on the product and went out of his way to assist me with my specific situation. It was outstanding customer service!
THE best jewelers in Indianapolis with the best service there is! Bob McGee used to own and run it, now his son, Adam, has taken over. Our family has been coming here for decades and their service is unmatched. It’s a small showroom with no pressure sales, but sales people are willing to find anything you want within your budget. I bought my wife’s engagement and wedding ring here along with my wedding band as well. She has brought her ring in several times to be cleaned and upgraded. If you are a repeat customer, they normally clean it for free! If you are looking for quality stuff, want to support a true local Indianapolis staple, and without pushy sales people, this is your place!
