My father has used this company for years before relocating to NC, and they have treated my father well, and he recommends them to me and others. The owner's daughter, Angie, was very pleasant over the phone. When I arrived for my appointment, she and the other representative were welcoming and friendly. This was my first time, in a long time, using their services. They have always had a reputation for doing great work. So, I expect the same today.

I had a rude awakening on a Monday morning with a phone call after I booked an appointment online over the weekend. I was asked rudely why I called, after explaining I didn't call but only booked an appointment online and that the system suggested I waited for a call, he then rudely exclaimed; "We can't help you! I suggest you sell your car" I never made it to the shop for any diagnosis at all. What a shame of customer service.

Absolutely incredible service! My car broke down on the way to the airport, and this amazing team went above and beyond to help me out. They made sure I could leave for my trip worry-free, and I felt completely confident leaving my car with them for nearly two weeks. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and understanding—it truly felt like my car was in the best hands. They not only saved my trip but also turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.
