I had a positive experience with this shop. They were upfront about the timeline for diagnosing and servicing my car, and the turnaround was still pretty quick. All my concerns were addressed and fixed. Overall, I would recommend them for their honest communication and solid service.

Just had the pleasure of meeting Joe, the owner of herb's. Although my service today only involved a DMV issue for VIN verification, he made me feel like he was welcoming a member of his family for dinner. Took his time, making sure everything was entered correctly as he graciously complemented me on my new vehicle. I wish I could give him 10 stars, and I regret not giving him a tip for his time. After 30 years of emission testing, I wish Herb’s Automotive was recommended to me sooner! Great experience; courteous and professional technician (thank you William) and efficient, no hassle testing. You can even watch the test and diagnostics in real time on a monitor. Unless you love where you are currently taking your vehicle for emissions and I suspect that would be hard to say based on my experience at a myriad of businesses, you may want to consider a change. Those in the know, clearly go to Herb’s Automotive.

Car was running rough and had issues, brought it to Herbs Auto and they fixed all the issues and it’s running smooth as ever !!! Joe is great to talk to and his staff gets the job done. Everyone is always friendly and smiling here !! Definitely recommend Herbs Auto for any car repairs !!
