Jaco was extremely helpful in getting my case resolved; I submitted a ticket around 8am and followed up after receiving the auto-acknowledgement by calling their service line around 8:30am. The issue was solved entirely by around 9:30am, if I remember correctly. The follow up from Jaco was also appreciated to ensure that the fix was working after the initial problem/resolution.
