A Plus Computer Repair

My laptop died on a Sunday & I called A+ hoping for help. The person who answered was fabulous & came over w/ in the hour to pick my laptop up. 3 hours later he had it fixed. Very personable & kind & felt like he was extremely fair.

APlus did an excellent job reinstalling Windows 11 on my PC. The service was fast, affordable, and professional. They took care of the OS, drivers, firmware, and all third-party software. Everything works perfectly. Highly recommend—easily the best computer repair shop in Wilmington, NC.

A Plus is great. I have used them twice now for computer repairs that I thought were unrepairable for my MacBook Pro but they managed to salvage them and make them even better. I would highly recommend them. For example,, my computer was dropped in water and not functioning at all and after a logic board repair it is working very well now.

Aplus Computer Repair is amazing! They were able to recover all of my data and transfer it to a brand-new Dell laptop complete with a case. They even helped me set up my Citrix account so I could log in and get all my school and residency work done. It was a total lifesaver—I no longer have to worry about my laptop failing. I checked with other computer repair shops, and none of them could see me the same day, but Aplus offered same-day pickup and delivery. I will definitely use them again!
