I will state only facts here. We had an appointment to winterize our sprinkler system last Wednesday (Oct 10, 2018). I took half a day off from work just for this purpose. These guys never showed up. No calls either. So I called back, left a message, no response. Since then I have tried calling them twice more over the last 3 days. Only voicemail, no call backs, no response whatsoever. In the meantime, temperatures in Laramie are rapidly plunging and I am faced with having to winterize the system myself. You decide whether Curtwright Plumbing is responsible and reliable enough for doing important work at your home. I am hardly alone with this problem. Another user appears to have had the exact same problem with them. I know who not to call for any work going forward.

Curtright Plumbing was recommended, I called and listened to the phone message asking to leave a name, number and reason for call OR a phone number that would be used for call back. No Call Back, Called back and spoke with Josh, told him of my request, set an appointment for the following week. No one came, took off work, called left a message, no call back, called this morning, answering machine - let a message that I was disappointed - told Josh not to worry about my plumbing needs I would call another plumber... not sure how these guys have a 5 star rating
