I have used this company for several years with no complaints but when my generator had a problem and I called for service they were 2 weeks out for service. That is or was no problem so when the day came for the service person to come I called that morning to confirm my appointment and everything was ok,so about 2:30that evening I called again and was told they would be here within the hour. So after waiting all day and nobody showed up and no phone call I no longer use this company for service on my generator. I just got service from a local company luckily all I needed was service and a battery and the best part the regular service was one hundred dollars cheaper.
