They don't return calls . Pay for the extra service and can't even get salt. Wanted to let my water leak for a week . We are supposed to get 8 bags of salt a year .I've been out for months .Didn't have it on truck last time Said he would bring it back .Still no salt . That was months ago .
DO Better
Don't bother order from this company. They manipulate and lie quite a bit. I do have to say their water was delivered on time for the first month. I wanted a whole house water filtration system. They never showed up at 9:00 like they were supposed to call that 10:35 no answer into voicemail and he'd be an hour 2 hours away. So don't expect on any service soon cuz you won't get it and they don't care. So don't even work with this company. They're pathetic
Ok yall, this review has a couple parts..none of which are good. A couple years ago I ordered some 5 gallon jugs of water....from a water delivery company. They got the first order wrong and when I called they were apologetic but had no real way to fix it because there was only one other delivery stop in my town and they deliver once a month. So, I ended up having to go buy some jugs to make up the difference. Next month, I didn't receive an order at all. After the third screwed up order I cancelled the service, but had one jug they hadn't picked up. I kept the jug because they were going to charge me 7.50 to come pick it up. Fast forward to 2 months ago. I ordered 5 jugs. I told them I was going to leave the one jug I still had for the delivery driver to pick up. You guessed it, he left one jug. I called again, but got the same story, they couldn't fix it until next month. So, I, again, cancelled the service. I then received a bill for $11.30, even though I had a trade in. They had charged me $7.95 for the one jug and a $7.50 delivery charge. Somehow there was a $4.50 credit in there, but that doesn't cover the trade in. When I called to pay the bill, mainly so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore, the woman I spoke to was not surprised I wasn't happy with the service or the bill. She said, she could "take care of it" which I thought meant they would scrub the one jug and delivery fee since every one of my orders had been wrong. Nope. She meant she was waiting for my payment. I asked her if she was ok with how they were doing business and basically over charging me and she said yes. I wanted to use their service for the convenience of delivery so I didn't mind paying a delivery charge, but I wanted to pay it for the full order, not one jug. Culligan has been around for a very long time and I'm surprised at how poor their service is.
