Working with Paul and Integrity roofing was a good experience. Paul explained what they were going to do and had a very accurate timeline of when they were going to be doing what. CEM Jordan came up and introduced himself when he arrived on the jobsite and said he would be available if I had any questions. Other than having a nice new roof, you couldn't tell they had been here. The crew did a very good job on the cleanup. Thank You!

We had a detached garage that suffered leaks and damage due to 1) old shingles, and 2) bad roof vent and caulking. There was damage to the roof panels themselves and I could even see sunlight through the ridge vent. I had seen the Integrity Roofing shop across from Noble Park in Paducah and mentioned it to my wife to call. When we spoke with our insurance company, we learned that Integrity Roofing was one of their recommended contractors to use. We reached out to Paul with Integrity Roofing. He responded and met us at the appointed time. After inspecting and documenting the condition of the roof from inside and outside of the building, he presented a breakdown of the materials, cost, and conditions for the repair of the roof. Once we agreed, he indicated the work would be done within the next 6-8 weeks. (The actual work was done within 49 days from first meeting to completion of roof work). We also requested gutter guards, which is scheduled as separate work, from partners who work with Integrity. We were contacted the day prior to the work to be done and given the time that the crew would be on site. (The work was to be completed in one day). All of the items that Paul mentioned the crew would accomplish came to fruition. They marked off the construction area, put down tarps around the building, removed roofing (and properly disposing of it), removed replaced the bad roof sections, put on a new roofing and ridge cap. Once completed, the team picked up all debris, used magnet "rakes" to pick up any loose nails, etc. and generally cleaned up the work area. A truck came and picked up the extra construction material left at our home the next day. Johnny, the on-site supervisor, did an excellent job directing the team and performing quality control. He made sure equipment was used properly and that safe operations were conducted at all times. The roof originally had some snow on it put the team was able to remove it safely and conduct repairs. The work was completed (from start to finish) in 7.5 hours. Paul met with me again to look at and address any outstanding issues the next day after the work was completed. I noted that all of the items we discussed were corrected and resolved the original problems that had produced damage to the roof. Overall, Paul, Johnny, and all of the Integrity Roofing team completed all of the work in a safe, efficient, and professional manner, and on time. Paul insisted that we contact him if there are any problems. The work was warranted, independently of the shingle warranty. I would recommend Integrity Roofing to others interested in getting roof or roof-related work done.
